Events
- February 7, 2008: ecotours co-founder Karim Haggar gets invited by the Entrepreneurial Engineers Club of Polytechnique University to present our ecotourism model as well as his career path as a young entrepreneur at their annual Conference.
- June 8, 9 & 10, 2007: ecotours decided to see how the Environment Trade Show of Montreal would turn out (www.sne2007.com and it actually was very interesting! With state-of-the-art green technologies and our colourful bedouin tent, we were able to attract many newcomers to explore the green world of ecotourism (rememeber, both nature AND culture are part of the environment, and BOTH deserve to be conserved!)

- June 3, 2007: Disguised as Cowboys from Calgary, JF and Anthony took to the streets of Montreal for the 50km Tour de L'Île (yes! Montreal is an island!) to promote their Edmonton-Calgary by bike tour in August, click on the photo below:
- May 25, 26 & 27, 2007: The 3rd participation at the Montreal Outdoors Festival was the best one yet! With conferences about our trips, our bedouin tent, and the 5 belly dancers following the musician Charbel's rhythm, the visitors were able to fully enjoy the beautiful weather and even our free tea! Anthony, Florian, Jean-François, Danielle, Anne, Nathalie and even Ari all pitched in to make this year's kiosk a true success!

- December 10, 2006: The Ski Madagascar project as well as our next trip to Madagascar in March 2007 were presented with Philippe Razanakolona at the Finally Winter Festival organized by Bougex.
- December 4, 2006: The ecotours model via our Egypt trips was presented at Quebec's Tourism and Hotel Institute) as we explained the intricacies of a typical trip through Nadim Awad's creation of next summer's 2007 itinerary.
- May 13, 14 and 15, 2006: for the second year in a row, ecotours was present at the Montreal Outdoors, Adventure and Ecotourism Festival, an event that keeps improving year after year...so much so that you need to visit for the three whole days to take advantage of all the activities! >> Outdoors, Adventure and Ecotourism festival
- March 26, 27 and 28, 2006: ecotours presented its new innovative model in ecotourism at the International Management Conference in Barbados, organized by the University of the West Indies. See under IN THE MEDIA for our 10 page paper.

- October 28-30, 2005: >> International Tourism and Travel Show of Montreal ecotours partnered with the Egyptian Tourism Bureau of Montreal to promote the country at the largest tourism event of the year.
